I am sorry to say this, but I am not going to be Blogging anymore (at least for awhile.) It has been fun to blog and see other friends' blogs as well, but I don't have any time. My other problem is that I am now spending a lot more time on Facebook these days. It's much easier to post pictures there, and I can post a lot more because it's faster. Between Facebook and the blog, I have decided that I only want to do one of them, and Facebook wins for now! With having our new baby, and returning back to work, I am struggling to find the time to do all that I want to (and not spend TOO much time on the computer!) I will try and check in on your cute blogs and hopefully catch you on Facebook too. To find more updates and pictures of our family, please find us on Facebook! Until then, happy Blogging!!!

Love Kim

Recent Pics with our baby Girl

Wow! Life got really crazy after Hadley arrived. I forgot how much things change with the birth of a new baby. I had all of these things planned for the summer while I had work off and didn't get ONE thing accomplished!!! Oh well, such is my life! I have a lot of pics to post, but since it takes so long to upload on blogger, here are just a few recent pics with Hadley. I am off to work again in a week!!! Arghhhhhh!!!

Hadley is here!!!

Last Monday, May 17th, our little Hadley was born at 10:11 pm. She weighed 6 lbs 15 oz and was 20 inches long. She is such a good baby. Almost too good...she sleeps way too much! We need her to be awake more so that we can spend more time with her! I'm so happy to not be pregnant anymore! Wahoo! Isn't she a cutie?

"Princess" Ian

When I got home from work the other day, Ian greeted me at the door dressed like a Princess. I was surprised that Tom even let him do it, since usually he doesn't go for stuff like that. Hannah was very happy that she had someone to play dress up with though! Ian does make a cute Princess, don't you think?

Hannah's new Bangs

Hannah wanted a little bit of a change in hair style, so we let her get bangs. I think they turned out pretty cute, and she LOVES them. Her nana (Tom's mom) has bangs too, so Hannah was excited that her hair was like Nana's. She was so excited to go to church the next day to show everyone her "Bangs." So cute!

Update

At the doctor last week, they got another picture of the baby. She looks pretty cute, and definitely has the Bryant chin like the rest of the babies in the family. I am a month away from my due date, but MD says that they will induce at least a week early because my blood pressure is kind of high. We are getting so excited to welcome another little one to the family!!! I tried to post a cool picture of her, but it didn't work.....in a few weeks, we'll be posting a real one of her!!!

The sweet Innocence of Children

Lately, Hannah has said some of the funniest/cutest things. I can't help but share some of them.
In her nightly prayers she always goes on and on about Jesus, and how much he loves us. She says things like "Our hearts go to Him, and His heart comes to us, and we love him so much." A couple of nights ago, she also said "We are so thankful for the Holy Ghost, and we are so sorry that he doesn't have a body!" (at least she gets the concept I guess!)

Yesterday Hannah was constipated. (poor thing) I went to check on her in the bathroom and she had her pants down looking at her bottom in the mirror. She said "Mommy, I am so worried because I was looking at my bum, and it looks like there are 2 holes down there and there's only supposed to be 1!" She must have really been looking hard. I didn't think I would be engaging in conversation about the female anatomy at this age yet, but I informed her, that yes, there are 2 holes down there, but only one is for pooping!

The other day when I was helping Ian in the bathroom, he said "Look mom, my weiner's bigger, it grewed!" Hannah promptly rushed in to see if his pee pee really was bigger because she didn't belive it. I told her that boys' pee pee's are magic and sometimes they change their size! Life is never boring at our house these days!! I just love the sweet, innocence that children bring to our lives!

Is Spring really coming?

Every year we have to deal with these nasty box elder bugs. It's not that I'm afraid of them or anything, they're just a nuissance!!! If I ddin't have to deal with these or morning glory in my yard, life would be much easier. Poor Hunter ends up eating a lot of the box elder bugs that come into the house!!! Anyone know how to get rid of these pests??? Thanks!

Disney on Ice

Ariel's Dress

Tiana's dress

Belle's dress

Sorry, I got a little behind with my blogging lately. A few weeks back , we went to Disney on Ice. I thought that Ian might like this one because it wasn't just princesses...it had Cars too. He liked it but not as much as Hannah did. Unfortunately, my camera battery went out before I could get too many pics, but I got a few. These are mostly of Hannah/princess costumes.

Baby Name

Thanks for voting on a name for our baby girl. I think that we have decided to name her
Hadley Linda Bryant.

This is still not 100%, but we think this will probably be her name. Both Tom's and my mom's name is Linda, so it makes sense that we would give the baby "Linda" as a middle name!

Kids New Room

BEFORE

AFTER

Hannah doesn't have a Princess room anymore!! We moved Ian in her room awhile ago to help get ready for the baby, and I have felt bad that he has been sleeping in there. I painted it red and blue and made it a Curious George theme, since they both like him. (the pictures don't show Curious George. We had other ones on there before that we got from Ikea, but they didn't stick very well!) Now it's time to get Ian's old room ready for new baby! So much work to do......

Valentines Cookies

We had fun making Valentines Cookies for Valentines Day. It was kind of messy, but fun for the kids!

My Baby girl is 5 years old!

Hannah's birthday is on Sunday the 17 th of Jan, but we had her party today. It was really fun and she got a lot of presents. My friend Martha made Hannah's awesome Cinderella cake. Last year she made her Aurora. The year before that, we had a Belle cake. Even though we had Cinderella this year, Hannah Montana was in the mix too. I have a feeling this might be the last Princess party we have for Hannah.....but who knows? She could surprise us next year. Anyway, thanks for the all of the presents everyone, and Martha for the awesome cake!

My Sweet Grandpa
We lost my sweet Grandpa on December 17th this year. He had been having a lot of back problems, and had to go in for major back surgery. Otherwise, he was in excellent health and an avid exerciser. The day after his surgery, a nurse got him out of bed without his brace on and left him unattended. As a result, he fell, which caused a brain clot to form. He never gained consciousness again. Th family was quite upset about the whole ordeal, but most of all, we just miss him. It didn't seem like it was his time to go yet.
My grandpa was a wonderful example of how a husband, father, grandpfather, priesthood leader, boss, and employee should be. He has always been a spiritual giant in my life. When I didn't know where to turn for a blessing, or some good advice, grandpa always had it. He was such a hard worker and truely dedicated to everything he did. He served many hours in the temple as a temple worker, and was in the Bishopric of several single LDS wards. He held a special place in his heart for young single adults. He gave so much to his family, and he will surely be missed by all of us! We love you grandpa!!!
